HEC Moroccan Scholarships 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for the Morocco Scholarships, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- All Nationals of Pakistan are eligible to apply
- Candidates shortlisted for the scholarship program must be available to attend the program
Qualification Required
The Bachelor’s program requires a minimum of 12 years of education (FSC/A Levels).
- A minimum of 16 Years of education is required for enrollment in a Master’s degree program.
- A minimum of 18 Years of education is required for the Ph.D. degree program.
Language Requirements
Since the scholarship program is conducted in French, only students who have demonstrated proficiency in the language are eligible to participate. No student will be permitted to accept a scholarship unless they have demonstrated strong French language proficiency.
Students who don’t speak French are urged to enroll in a course in their home country at one of the French language institutes. Those who do not possess a sufficient command of the French language must enroll in the appropriate center and start a French language course there. Candidates must be native Arabic speakers to enroll in Arabic and Islamic studies courses because they are taught in that language.

- The candidate must not be suspended/ expelled from the Kingdom of Morocco earlier due to criminal activity.

Candidates need to fill in and download the AMCI application form at:

The application form is required in the French language; how candidates can fill their particulars in the English language on the French application
Candidates need to apply online through the HEC website: https://scholarships.hec.gov.pk/#/auth/login. After filling out, the profile, candidates need to select “Learning Opportunities Abroad.” After submitting the online application, form candidates need to print a copy to be signed by the applicant.
All students must know the nomination will be done via HEC. Candidates need to send two sets of AMCI application forms along with the required documents in Spiral binding & 1 copy of the HEC application form with documents separately in Spiral binding before 20th September 2022.
