About National Defense University
NDU is a military foundation that is started when the 1st Army War Course started at the Command and Staff College, Quetta. Three colleges are affiliated with NDU which are Staff College, Quetta, Pakistan Navy War College Lahore, PAF Air War College Karachi. This university is also affiliated with HEC.

Eligibility Criteria for NDU Admission 2021
- HSSC/A Levels or equivalent with minimum 2nd Divsion.
- Result awaiting candidates can also eligible on basis of complete result of Part- 1.
- Candidate need to pass NDU entry test for admission, passing marks of this test is 50%.
- Apperance of candidates in interview in compulsory.
- For Mphil admission candidate must secure 2nd divison or for semester system secure 2.5 CPGA out of 4.0.
- For Mphil admission, candidate must pass the NDU_GAT + Entry Test or Valid NTS-GAT social sciences.
- PhD admission, candidates secure 1st divison in 18 years of education in annual system or for semester system secure 3.0/4.0 CGPA.
- Foreign degree holders must provide equivalence certificate from IBCC & HEC with application form.
